"GROUNDED INTEGRITY - a dive into the presence"
My aim as a coach would be to guide you through a certain experience where body and mind could connect and intertwine to be able to find coherence between the inside and outside in a way that the inner pleasure and honesty will be discovered to make a certain state of presence come out. A way of approaching movement to reach a certain level of presence in time and space.
From the own listening of the body, sensitive and quite, the inner focus will bring awareness to the body structure and it will allow the exploration of organic movements: little by little physical principles will be applied to the body in order to discover different mechanisms of motion.
Improvisation guided by imagination, floorwork and dance sequences to enjoy our bodies, ourselves and the others.
