About this Event
In this class we will play with effort, shape, direction, tempo, and quality of movement. No steps, no counting, just moving and learning by doing. Come move and enjoy being in your body. Suitable for all levels of experience. Please wear comfortable clothes for moveing; we will dance in bare feet; no street shoes.
The class will be taught by Ruben T. Ornelas. Ruben is a dancer, choreographer, and dance teacher in Rochester, NY. He has taught dance at universities and professional schools in the Americas, Europe, and East Africa.
Days/Times: Thursdays 6:30 - 7:30PM and Saturdays 10:30 - 11:30AM
