⛵️ NEW DANCE SEASON ALERT!I'd like to invite dancers, actors, performers, and anyone interested in movement practices to join my regular classes in Belgrade. I will guide you through various improvisation tasks, emphasizing a natural way of moving that comes from listening to your body organically. For skilled dancers, this is an opportunity to refine your technique, personalize your movements, and interpret choreography authentically because you are important beyond the technique.
In the warm-up phase, I'll share exercises from various somatic approaches, including the Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais Method, and Pilates. During the main part of the class, we’ll move continuously—solo, in pairs, or in small groups—in a common, safe space.
When:
Tuesday, 18:00-19:30
Thursday, 18:00-19:30
Saturday, 09:30-11:00
