🍽️ RESERVATION INFORMATION
• Reservations are complimentary and secure your table only.• Food and beverages will be charged on the day.• Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
⏰ ARRIVAL & SEATING
• Please arrive on time.• Reservations will be held for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled booking time.• Tables may be released after 15 minutes if we have not heard from you.• Reservation times are preferred seating times and a short wait may occasionally occur during peak service periods.
🕒 DINING TIMES
• Reservations are available every 30 minutes from 5:30 PM.• Last seating: 8:30 PM.• Expected dining time is approximately 1.5 hours.• Larger groups may require additional time depending on service flow.• To accommodate all guests and reservation times, we kindly ask that tables be returned after the allocated dining period when required.
👥 GROUP BOOKINGS
• Please book according to your group size (Table for 2, 4, or 7).• Due to venue limitations, separate reservations cannot be combined to form larger tables.
🌿 DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
• Please advise us of any dietary requirements or allergies when booking.• We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs; however, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
📞 CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
• As this is a limited-seat pop-up dining event, reservation times may occasionally be adjusted to ensure smooth service and the best possible dining experience for all guests.• If any changes are required, we will contact you as early as possible.• If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible so that we may offer the table to other guests.
