We will muse and move together in this structured Contact Improvisation (CI) Jam within a Contemplative Dance Practice (CDP) container. CDP was created in the 80’s by Barbara Dilley at Naropa University to explore the intersection between meditative practices and improvisational dance. Starting with CDP solo practice we will cultivate presence and self awareness before entering a CI shared movement exploration within an active yield circle.Please wear clothing supportive of multi level movement.
