Contacting Aliveness (a Rasa Labs Orientation)

Contacting Aliveness is a gentle, consent-centered space to explore sensation, play, and connection. We move beyond the familiar creatively into connection and possibility—guided with consent and trust, using six lenses to shape each session: Being in the Body, Being in Place, Mobilizing, Touching, Connecting, and Imagining. Each class begins with solo exploration and witnessing, and we move toward group improvisation. Expect clear invitations, options for no-touch participation, and time to rest and reflect. Come solo or with a friend; all bodies and abilities are welcome.

This workshop will take place indoors. And there is a cafe with snacks and drinks connected to our space. Join us afterwards.

Bathrooms and water are accessible.
