// Contact Improvisation in-depth course by OttoOtto will teach a 4 week in-depth Contact Improvisation course, using his background in contact improvisation, contemporary dance/floorwork, Gaga dance, acrobatics, breathwork and meditation. We will explore several contact improvisation techniques, learn lifts in dancing, lying on top of each other, practice follow & lead in dancing and more!
The course is open for all levels. The course consists of 4 classes. You can still join in from of the 2nd class. If you cannot join the whole course or want to try it out, email me for options.
Dance space has a soft puzzle floor to dance on, so no knee pads necessary.
