Calling all Contact Improvisors, Ecstatic Dancers, and dance curious humans! Join us for our monthly Contact Jam! All are welcome!The Contact Jam will consist of a brief introduction to the practice of Contact Improv and a guided warmup that will lead us into open jam time!

This is a FREE event, but donations are always welcome and appreciated to cover the cost of operations! A $10 donation recommended and can be made at the door via cash, check, or venmo to @AmboDance
Kneepads recommended. Participants must be 15+ in order to participate. All participants will need to sign a Liability Waiver/Release before participating in movement-based activities. Participants who are under the age of 18 must have a Parent/Guardian present to sign their waiver.
