These workshops will be mixing elements from tantra and shadow work practices into dancing - with intention to feel ourselves deeper and perhaps discover something new about ourselves.
After several fully booked events, we are now offering regular dances throughout this fall. The evenings will vary in structure, as we constantly evolve as facilitators and learn from your feedback.
Examples of what you will be guided through:
* Practices to activate life force energy
* Conscious Touch
* Authentic relating
* Boundaries and consent
* Contact dance with and without a bilndfold
* Open jam
* Closing/sharing circle

* Duration: 2,5h,(Please arrive between 17.30-17.55 to have time to land)
* The program starts at 18.00 and lasts til 20.30

About your facilitators:
Miwa has hosted various contact dance events, and recently completed a teacher training in CBC - contact beyond contact. She loves to share her passion for embodied creativity and her break through key to access more life force - merging contact dance with tantra.
Mayu has started to delve into the world of tantra and recently returned from an ISTA L1 training. Movement through dance is one of his pillars in life and you can find him on most ecstatic dance floors. Mayu will be assisting Miwa in this workshop and will bring with him presence and vitality.
Together they will create an evening in which you can connect with your creativity and cultivate embodied relationships that come from the heart ?
