Plongez chaque matin dans la danse sous sa forme la plus authentique et personnelle — loin du conventionnel et au plus près du cœur. Explorez des pratiques nourrissantes et variées, pour vivre pleinement le Festival de Contact Improvisation de Montréal 2025.
L’ACI vous invite à vous immerger à votre rythme — pour une journée ou l’intégralité de la semaine. Notre programme est guidé par des professeurs inspirants : des artistes de Montréal et des régions du Québec « Le Collectif de Chez-Nous » !
Les ateliers sont ouverts à tous·tes les niveaux, des débutant·e·s aux danseur·se·s expérimenté·e·s, et cherchent à créer un environnement inclusif et accueillant où chaque participant·e, quel que soit son parcours ou son expérience, peut trouver sa place et se sentir soutenu·e par le groupe. Venez avec un cœur ouvert et repartez avec un sentiment renouvelé d’appartenance et de connexion.

From Monday, October 27th to Friday, October 31st, the ACI: Association de Contact Improvisation, invites you to Contact Décaféiné: five unique workshops, each guided by a different inspiring teacher from Montreal and across Quebec.
Each morning is an invitation to dance from the heart, explore diverse practices, and prepare your body and spirit for the Montreal Annual Jam. Open to movers of all levels — from curious beginners to seasoned dancers — these workshops foster an inclusive, welcoming space where everyone can belong and connect. Come for a single class, or dive into the full week!
