Join us for a 2-hour journey into body awareness, flow, and connection. Contact Beyond Contact is an exploration of movement, trust, and creativity, designed to help you connect more deeply with yourself and others through conscious movement practices.
This workshop blends elements of contact improvisation, mindfulness, and partner work to cultivate a deeper sense of presence and fluidity in your movements. You’ll engage in guided exercises to heighten your body awareness, trust your instincts, and let go of tension, finding effortless flow within and between movements.
