During this workshop we will explore:

• NCAT Witness Code of Conduct: Understand the recent changes and how they impact expert consultants providing reports in NCAT proceedings.

• Lead an interactive practical workshop-based discussion on approaches to effectively providing the ‘Loulach’ details needed to support a (DBP Act) negligence claim in an expert report by working through examples of particular defect issues.
