Michael S. Blackwell is a partner at Riess LeMieux, L.L.C., specializing in Construction Law, Commercial Litigation, and Government Contracts. Mr. Blackwell has represented a wide range of clients, including contractors and developers, achieving significant litigation successes. As the Chairman of the Construction Law Committee for the New Orleans Bar Association since 2017, he regularly lectures on critical updates and practices affecting the construction industry. His work has earned him recognition from ‘Best Lawyers in America’ and consistent selection as a “Rising Star” in Construction Litigation by Super Lawyers.
