Oklahoma, this is it.
On February 6th at 1:30 p.m., we finally step into the courtroom to challenge the constitutionality of the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority — an agency that has operated for decades without transparency, without accountability, and without proper constitutional authority.
I filed the constitutional challenge on November 24th, 2025, and now we have our official hearing date. This is not just my fight. This is our fight — every farmer, every teacher, every small-town family, every taxpayer who’s been steamrolled, ignored, or priced out by an agency that should have been answering to the people all along.
Imagine a governor who actually stands with the people in the courthouse — not in backroom meetings with lobbyists.
That’s the picture we’re painting. That’s the movement we’re building.
Why This Matters
• Because billions in public money have gone missing or unaccounted for.
• Because OTA has been allowed to bully drivers, families, and rural communities.
• Because DPS has been pressured into unconstitutional enforcement.
• Because no elected official — Republican, Democrat, or Independent — has been willing to take this stand.
• Because the Constitution still matters in Oklahoma, even if the political machine forgot.
What We Need
Your presence. Your voice. Your support.
When ordinary citizens show up in force, the system pays attention.
Bring your family, bring your neighbors, bring anyone who believes it’s time to return government back to We the People of Oklahoma.
We aren’t protesting — we’re standing together as citizens demanding transparency, accountability, and constitutional government.
Let’s send a message. Together.
