This in-person and virtual couples workshop in Winter Park, Florida is created to build a foundation of trust and communication and create a greater understanding of each other in order to build a thriving relationship.
The Seven Principles couples workshop method is effective because it is based on scientific evidence.
Dr. John Gottman, observed over 3,000 couples over four decades, and was able to identify what differentiated stable from unstable marriages.
This workshop is psycho-educational meaning that it will teach you the knowledge and skills necessary to see positive changes in your relationships. Couples and individuals will not be required to share their personal challenges with others.
