Consett Christmas Tree Festival 2024 invites you to enter a world of wonder, light and twinkling trees decorated by our community at Christ Church Consett. The Church will be lit by thousands of twinkly lights as we celebrate the coming of Christmas, listen to live music while enjoying festive refreshments. Follow the special nativity trail or enjoy making your own Christmas tree decoration. We have four days filled with a program of events for you to enjoy. Surround yourself in the story of Christmas while having the chance to stop and pause to write your own prayer or light a candle in a moment of thanks or remembrance. Our Grand opening and blessing of the festival starts at 6pm on Thursday, November 28th, and ends on the evening of December 1st.
