Welcome to the Conservation in Our Hearts Banquet Fundraiser to benefit The Environmental Conservancy of North Port And Surrounding Areas! Join us for an evening of delicious food, great company and live music to dance to, celebrating land conservation in the heart of our neighborhoods, for the love of our native flora and fauna!
This in-person event will be held at the Punta Gorda Woman's Club Building in downtown Punta Gorda from 5 to 9 pm. Come together with fellow nature enthusiasts to raise funds for conservation efforts that are vital for our local neighborhood environments.
Just $50 per person will include appetizers, a full course dinner with dessert prepared by the Charlotte Technical College’s Culinary and Baking Department, a silent auction, live music by the band Harmony Plus and others performing 60’s – 80’s songs (don’t forget your dancing shoes) and more! A cash bar for wine and beer will be available.
This Valentine’s Day, let your heart be filled by the boundless, unconditional love of neighborhood nature - come and celebrate it with us.
About The Environmental Conservancy of North Port And Surrounding Areas:
The Environmental Conservancy of North Port and Surrounding Areas is a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit land conservancy. Our mission is to acquire and permanently conserve neighborhood land in Charlotte and Sarasota Counties for preservation of, and education and research about, neighborhood wildlife, native plants, trees, and soil as our population continues to grow. In other words, we save “stepping stones” of land for neighborhood nature.
As of 9/5/2025 we have preserved 48 parcels of land in perpetuity. All of our purchases have been made with publicly donated funds; we receive no City, County, State or Federal funding for our purchases.

Parking: Parking is limited at the Women's Club building but parking can be found along Sullivan Street, along surrounding streets and in the Charlotte Harbor Event Center lot.
