From rehabilitating over 7,500 animals annually to educating thousands of community members, Cedar Run is a vital resource for wildlife conservation in South Jersey. Funds raised during this special event go directly toward critical initiatives that support Cedar Run’s mission. Your participation helps ensure that Cedar Run can continue to be a vital resource for South Jersey’s wildlife and community. Together, we can make an even greater impact!
Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of New Jersey’s wildlife and habitats through education, conservation, and rehabilitation, and serves as a community resource on the importance of protecting and enhancing healthy ecosystems for all since 1957.
Set beneath the stars on the beautiful grounds of Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge, this special event will feature:
A farm-to-table vegan and vegetarian dinner by Seedling & Sage Catering
Local beer, wine in partner with Taunton Forge Liquors, and handcrafted specialty cocktails.
Raffles, silent and live auction items
Live music by Pinelands Music Academy
The opportunity to meet with Cedar Run staff, our Wildlife Ambassadors, and fellow supporters.

This evening is more than just a celebration — it’s a chance to give back to the wild and connect with the community that makes our work possible. Every life saved, every animal cared for, every child inspired — it’s because of you. Together, we are the guardians of New Jersey’s wildlife.

General Admission includes: dinner, beer and wine open bar, meet & greet with Cedar Run resident wildlife, a chance to win great prizing, and supporting your local wildlife organization. Attendees must be 21 years of age or older. IDs will be checked and wristbands given at the door before entering the event. The dress code is Smart Casual/Dressy Casual. Basically a combination of casual, business casual & business dress codes, where you can combine them into a “smart” ensemble. Ex. Denim or khakis with a sport coat or blouse/blazer.

As a participating sponsor, your company will benefit from the promotion of the event through email outreach, social media, and other efforts directed to our fall events attendees and beyond, demonstrating your commitment to our wildlife and local communities. There are several levels of sponsorship detailed on the Sponsorship Commitment Form. Please select the level that will best reflect your support. Your tax-deductible sponsorship commitment will be used to help support Cedar Run’s mission to preserve and protect our native wildlife.
