This special wine dinner features the wines of Bodegas Muga, one of Rioja’s most respected family owned wineries.Presented by our friend Rob Rapp of Cutting Edge Selections, the evening unfolds as a five course prix fixe dinner paired with a curated selection of Muga wines. The menu reflects Conserva’s approach to Spanish cooking, designed to complement classic Rioja wines with balance, restraint, and intention.
Founded in 1932 by Isaac Muga and Aurora Caño, Bodegas Muga is based in Rioja Alta, where Atlantic, Mediterranean, and Continental influences shape wines known for structure, depth, and longevity. Expect classic Rioja varietals, thoughtful pacing, and context shared throughout the evening.
The Conserva Wine Dinner Series is a limited series of chef driven Spanish wine dinners, each centered on a single producer or region and hosted at Grassroots & Vine for select evenings throughout the year.
