Did you know that cuddling has great health benefits? It can calm your nervous system, help you feel connected to others, and bring you into a deep state of presence.Welcome to an evening of slowness, contact and cuddles. In this workshop, you will through guided exercises get to practice feeling into your boundaries, expressing them and asking for what you want. In the same way that these skills have transformed my life, I hope they will transform yours too.
Keep in mind you're always free to skip exercises, and that touch is optional. This workshop is suitable for beginners, as well as experienced participants.
PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE
18:00-18:10 meditation
18:10-18:45 consent talk & sharings
18:45-19:30 exercises
19:30-19:45 fika break
19:45-21:30 exercise and cuddle
IMPORTANT‼️
-Please, be on time. If you are over 15 minutes late you may not be allowed to join, as I want to create a safe, closed container.
-Avoid perfumes and remember to come fresh with clean clothes!
-This is a platonic workshop, so sexual interactions are not allowed.
ABOUT DANIEL
Daniel has 4 years of university-level psychology studies and a bachelor's degree in rhetoric. As an experienced coach, yoga teacher and workshop leader, he's learned how to read the room and create a safe space. He brings a great passion for authenticity, connection and presence into his workshops.
