Join Jeanene for a dynamic, hands-on class where children rotate through activity stations designed to support brain development, nervous system regulation, and emotional balance. Using cross-lateral movements, kids engage both hemispheres of the brain, strengthening neural connections that support higher learning and focus.

Each station incorporates calming techniques such as gentle body compression, mindful breathing, and partner/group exercises to help children regulate and calm their nervous systems.
