🛝 *Phase 1: Movement & Play*
Let your inner child roam free! We’ll engage in interactive group dynamics where we move and warmup in fun ways. You can expect:
✅ Creative icebreakers to loosen up
✅ Connecting with others through touch
✅ Silly Movement
✅ Awakening the body & shaking off stiffness
✅ Laughs and smiles
🤼 *Phase 2: Conscious Playfights*
Ever wondered what it’s like to playfully wrestle, explore strength, and set physical boundaries in a safe, consensual, and controlled way? This is your chance! Expect the following:
✨ Non-violent playful & physical confrontation
✨ Connecting through resistance, safely
✨ Exploring dominance/submission with consent
✨ Pushing past comfort zones and fear
✨ Unlocking emotions & releasing tension
💆♂️💆♀️ *Phase 3: Cooldown*
We'll wrap up each meetup with some gentle relaxation and sharing circle, allowing us to wind down and leave the space feeling calm, centered, and grounded.
