Hi everyone! This week Darius Garland will hold the space for us to breathe. When we are attuned to our breath and the power it has to regulate our nervous systems, to cleanse our bodies, to connect us to nature and those around us the better we are able to shift the world around us. Give yourself this time to connect with yourself.
