ABOUT ARIANA
I found a way to intern at a poledance school during my last year of dance studies, while simultaneously studying tantra. What came out of it was a beautiful blend of embodiment, dance and authentic relating.
I deepened my studies with biodynamic therapy and various trainings in embodiment and mindfulness.
What people will tell me after class is that I help them to feel more deeply.
