Join us at Veda Hydration for Pure Prana's Conscious Intentions: Immersive Experience - Mindful Movements. Discover the power of somatic healing at this in-person event. Experience a unique blend of mind-body connections through movement with breath work, mindfulness practices and a yoga flow led by certified yoga instructor Argy Selman to cultivate a deeper connection with your inner self. Shop local vendors before and after for all your wellness needs and leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and connected.

The event will run from 11:00am - 2:00pm, with the Mindful Movements Experience from 11:30am-12:45pm.

Please be sure to wear comfortable/athletic clothing and bring a yoga mat.
