About this Event
Be ready for a full body, mind and spirit healing while enjoying the view from the top of the Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook. This class is for all levels and is a great weekly practice to reconnect with ourself and with the source, recover from stress, reset, rebalance, and start our new week with a clear mind.
EVENT SCHEDULE:
We'll be hiking up the hill practicing being present, freeing our mind from compulsive thinking to get back to the present moment.
While hiking, we'll be oxygenating the brain areas atrophied by stress, I'll educate you on how your body and mind work, and I'll teach you practices to overcome anxiety, stress, and PTSD.
Once up the hill, we'll be reactivating our chakras one by one using kundalini tantra yoga, a kundalini breathwork, and the crystal pyramid triangle. You'll experience the relaxing power of the individual immersive sound bath performed with the crystal pyramid triangle.
We'll be completing our healing with a cleansing ceremony in which I'll use my psychic abilities to provide you with customized affirmations, to propel awakening and healing, and to purify our spiritual energy. A final guided meditation will help us reconnect to the source and remember that we are one.
This is a small-medium class (max 6 attendees for time reasons) allowing me to tailor the class based on the attendees, therefore optimizing your experience and maximizing the health benefits.
Bring your own WATER and YOGA MAT or a towel to lay down on the ground, as we may be sitting and laying on the soil or on concrete. Be ready to take off your shoes and reconnect with Mother Earth. The entire event takes about 2 hours.
MEETING POINT: at the entrance of the Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook on Jefferson (do not hike up the hill, do not park up the hill, please park at the street level on Jefferson blvd, we'll meet near the food trucks/traffic light and hike up together).
HOW TO FIND ME: I'll have a yoga mat, a brown leather square bag, and I usually wear an all red attire.
WAITING TIME FOR LATE ATTENDEES: 15 min. Please let us know if you are late. Be mindful of others. I'll send you an email before the event with my contact in case needed, or you can contact me at [email protected]
CLOTHES: wear comfortable clothes and have layers of warmer clothes. It naturally gets colder as the sun goes down.
ADDITIONAL INFO: the class ends on the hill. You can plan on going down on your own or with me, or to continue exploring the park. I suggest you to also check out the nearby Stoneview park or to plan on a workout.
REFUND POLICY: tickets are nonrefundable for logistic reasons. If you purchase a ticket and cannot attend the class, you can request a credit for a future class as long as you let me know that you will not be attending at least 24 hours before the class starts. Credits expire within a year. You can reschedule the class only once. If you do not attend the class the second time either, you lose the credit.
