What to expect:
We begin with a grounding meditation to centre your energy and set gentle intentions.
Then the silent disco begins, offering space to move freely through curated music that lifts and expands your inner world.
There will be time to pause, nibble, chat, and connect at the grazing bar with your choice of cold or warm drinks.
The evening closes with a fifty minute sound bath, a cocoon of soothing vibrational tones that melt the body into deep rest and ease.
Please bring a mat, a cushion, and a blanket so you can be fully comfortable during the sound bath.
