About this Event
Join us to explore embodiment, expression and connection through movement and dance. All welcome. A friendly session with a loose structure and a musical journey. We co-create this event as a group although usually Kerry offers informal guidance during the dance and holds the space.
By attending you agree to stay within your limits and take responsibility for your safety. Barefoot is good or perhaps soft dance shoes.
Suggested donation £8, £10, £15 or whatever is possible for you. You can also bring cash on the night but please book in online so we know you are coming.
Music on 6.35pm
Dance starts at 6.45pm and lasts around 75mins
Circle time and connection till around 8.20pm
Venue - Templeton Annex, Helensburgh Civic Centre, G84 7PG. This is a separate building close to the road with it's own entrance to the east of the main civic centre building.
