Join me for my first Wednesday class for 2026.
So grateful to begin again on our luscious Glebe Dance floor to dive into our own dance and move what is here to be danced, released, transformed and healed supported by our beautiful community. Everyone is welcome just as you are. We move with what is present, welcoming all parts of ourselves into the dance
opening new energy and aliveness.
There are no steps to follow, you are invited to follow your own dance, guided by a journey through the 5Rhythms movement map of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness that together create a wave. When we enter the flow of our own dance, our mind begins to relax, and the deeper dance of our heart and soul begins to open. This movement map brings us back into our centre, to connect with our inner resources, the part of us that is fully alive, fully connected to source, and the rejuvenating energies of the universe.
Suitable for all ages and levels of experience and physical ability. No dance experience is necessary.

Michelle Mahrer is a 5 Rhythms dance teacher, dance therapist and an award winning film maker based in Sydney. She is passionate about the healing and transformative power of dance and has been leading dance classes and workshops in Sydney and Melbourne for the past 15 years. She has made numerous films about dance including all of Gabrielle Roth's teaching videos and "Dances of Ecstasy" a sensory journey into the world of trance and ecstasy experienced through dance and rhythm
