As always, all ya gotta do is show up and dance 🙌🏽
We'll kick things off with some authentic relating, and then I’ll lead us into the dance with a soul-connecting meditation. I’ll still have a few words of encouragement and guidance throughout the dance, and I’ll still put together an amazing set of musical vibrations.
But the ultimate goal is to just let loose! There’s really no better way to celebrate this one wild and precious life ⚡️🔥💛
