3hrs of great music no judgement dancing no alcohol or chemicals necessary just great fun!
We will start with a little warm up a few stretches -the wisdom of age ;)
Followed by an opening ceremony with cacao if you choose and continued with 2 hours of hard dancing and an ambient trance ending with a closing circle.

I want to dance to loud music that I love like I was 30 years younger and I'm going to do my best to do just that so I invite you to join me for a sweaty delicious heart-opening cacao fuelled couple of hours where we can dive into the magic of dancing and have it done!

Bring a refillable water bottle and a cup if you'd like cacao.
Tickets are £10 or £15 with cacao or £25 with a donation towards the cost of room hire. I have kept ticket price very low so that this event is accessible to everyone with no alcohol sales.
