CONSCIOUS DANCE EXPERIENCE ~ eight weeks Together we will resource ourselves to enter this world of changing times with as much grace & choice as possible. Embodiment and dance practices support us to lean into what is authentic for us, what it is that we need in our lives, and what it is that we can let go of.

Open Floor dance
Nervous System Education
Embodied Mindfulness
Nonviolent Communication (NVC)
Image-based dance practices
Somatics
Improvisation
Somatic Therapy
Sessions are open to all bodies, all genders and are trauma-informed.

Venue: Embodiment Collective (7 crawford st, level one, studio 3 - next to Barre Base)
Investment: $240 waged / $200 unwaged (split payment plans available; please reach out if financial contribution is difficult so I can support you)
* the 8-weeks will run as a closed, committed group ~ join for the whole course ~ there will be no opportunity for drop-ins*
