We're fresh from a powerful weekend deep diving into the medicine of movement with Lucia Horan, stepdaughter of 5 Rhythms founder Gabrielle Roth.
So interrupt the end-of-year busyness to join us in a safe space to move in any way you like. Dancing Freedom is a simple and powerful movement meditation.
There are no steps to follow, no rules…just a willingness to listen inside while moving with the elements to an eclectic mix of world music. You can't get it wrong.
The facilitated wave will guide you from a grounded, Earthy slow start into the flow of Water, before tribal and trance beats help us connect with our Fire, for release, clearing, clarity and vitality.
We then open into both uplifting, tender and playful tracks in the element of Air, often finding that gateway back to our hearts, before landing with the final element of Ether, remembering our connection to all that is bigger. A gentle ethereal sound bath closes and helps to integrate the practice.
Bring a shawl and or yoga mat for extra comfort and a water bottle. All over 16 years welcome.
