Lori will begin with a grounding ritual to center our energies, setting the tone for an hour of self-guided movement. Afterward, we’ll enter a 45 minute serene meditative space with chakra singing bowls to integrate the experience, and conclude with a safe, supportive circle where you can share insights and reflections.
