Join us in the medicine of movement, sound and community...second last groove of the year!
Dancing Freedom offers a safe space to turn towards yourself with curiosity, giving shape to whatever's alive inside.
No dance experience is necessary and there's no steps to learn. You can't do it wrong. All parts are welcome.
Just follow your body's impulse to move. It knows what to do.
We'll dance with the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether to some awesome world music with awesome humans.
Katie will help us integrate with some of her beautiful sound healing bowls, chimes and vocal toning.
It's open to every body aged over 16 years and is a drug and alcohol free event.
