With over 35 years of international entrepreneurial wisdom in media, publishing, non-profit, and consumer industries, Elise has a keen eye for crafting compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences to enhance brand identity. She is also on the board of the Conscious Capitalism Austin Chapter.
Phyllis Snodgrass, Chair, C12 Central Texas and Former CEO of Austin Habitat for Humanity
Phyllis has been a leader in community engagement for over two decades. She began her career in Finance and Accounting as a CPA specializing in the real estate industry. After 15 years she made a career pivot to the nonprofit space, eventually leading 5 chambers of commerce across the state of Texas, where she became known as a “organization turnaround expert”. Following her Chamber career she took her experiences in the nonprofit space and served as CEO of Austin Habitat for Humanity, where she worked to maximize Austin Habitat for Humanity's impact on one of the most critical issues in our community today - affordability.
Joel Coffman, Executive Director, RecognizeGood
Joel is the executive director at RecognizeGood, an Austin-based nonprofit which promotes the power of public gratitude and GOOD in all sectors, from encouraging volunteers to career development. Joel received a degree in Journalism and Advertising from the University of North Texas in 2008 and has grown with RecognizeGood and its for-profit partner the TyRex Technology Family since 2013. He’s passionate about strengthening the Central Texas community through GOOD and his favorite part of the job is finding opportunities to connect those selfless servants he meets with each other and extend the “circle of good.”
Adam Halpern, Founder, Primary Choices
Adam is a seasoned executive life coach guiding individuals through life's challenges. As a 22nd-generation Daoist monk, he combines applied philosophy, practical theology, and business expertise to help clients identify root causes of their challenges and redefine their understanding of themselves and the world. This unique approach empowers them to cultivate genuine power and create more meaningful lives.
Shari Wynne Ressler, Founder, KASAMA Retreat Hotels
Shari Wynne Ressler started her first business at 16. Shari is a passionate visionary who, being an entrepreneur, wanted to give business owners and their start-ups access to large-firm quality representation in a small-firm format. Shari co-founded SKU, a national/leading CPG accelerator, to bring together and foster Austin’s active consumer products industry. She remains a Board Member and Mentor (SKU.is). Her current project is KASAMA Retreat Hotels (KASAMAhotels.com), an event/retreat hotel for innovators, executives, leaders, and their teams to come together for game-changing offsites and events. Shari founded KASAMA to connect with successful leaders in beautiful places with curated, inspiring experiences to lead a legacy of positive impact for ourselves and society. Shari was the past president of the Austin chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) and RISEwomen, Founders Circle of Naturally Austin Texas.
