About this Event
It is impossible to avoid challenging conversations. If left unresolved, difficult conversations can lead to negative consequences in personal and professional environments. Conscious Conversations breaks down the fundamentals
of conversations by addressing how people process information and use it to justify feelings, beliefs, and ultimately, actions.
This program delivers on the skills necessary to prevent miscommunications in a variety of relationships and scenarios. Through managing the use of language, becoming aware of emotional responses, and listening for intent, learners will become more confident and less frustrated when they communicate. In short, learners will understand how to engage in Conscious Conversations.
