Welcome to Conscious Connection through Somatic Embodiment!
Join us for a transformative event where we will explore the power of somatic embodiment in deepening our connections with ourselves and others. Through a series of experiential exercises and discussions, we will learn how to tap into our body's wisdom to cultivate mindfulness and empathy.

Location: Common Street Spiritual Center at 13 Common Street, Natick, MA 01760 in the Moon Room.
When we get out of our heads and into our bodies, it can be easier to communicate with others and have more fulfilling relationships. In this event, you'll have an opportunity to learn somatic embodiment practices which will assist in the following:
🌟 Regulating the nervous system to bring you into a more relaxed state.
🌟 Scanning the body to identify and feel into what is being held in there.
🌟 Engaging in movement and dance that will help bring motion to the emotions, facilitating more groundedness in your body.
These exercises help us drop into a more genuine place of connection with ourselves, and then we'll lead into games and activities to connect and have fun with each other!
During our time together, you'll gain a better sense of self and feel more confident connecting with others in a conscious manner. You'll also learn more skills to communicate authentically with others, and have a better understanding of the energy and emotions you hold in your body.
