CONSCIOUS CONNECTION PARTNER YOGA FUN NIGHT

?Join us for a fun night that embraces partner moves and inspires deeper connection! Come together, come play!

?Let's celebrate LOVE, let's celebrate FRIENDHSIP! Partners can include an intimate relationship, a friendship, or someone you just met.

All the feelings associated with love, come from within. You are worthy of all the beautiful feelings of love; it is your birthright. You will be invited to first find connection with yourself, then enjoy deeper connection with your partner!

?‍♀️?Our partner activities will invite you to attune to one another, promote conscious communication and trust. We'll go through many of the traditional yoga poses, but now with your partner you will experience more stability, better alignment, deeper stretching, as well as create something new and expanded.

?‍♀️?‍♂️Combine all of this to soar to new heights in your relationship (quite literally!) as we practice acro yoga together (aka partner yoga)!

?‍♀️?‍♂️We'll finish by giving each other gentle massage.

??And finally celebrate the evening with sweets and champagne (non alcoholic)!
