Let's celebrate LOVE, let's celebrate FRIENDHSIP! Partners can include an intimate relationship, a friendship, or someone you just met.
All the feelings associated with love, come from within. You are worthy of all the beautiful feelings of love; it is your birthright. You will be invited to first find connection within yourself. Then enjoy an evening of deeper connection with your partner!
Our partner activities will invite you to attune to one another, promote conscious communication and trust. We'll go through many of the traditional yoga poses, but now with your partner you will experience more stability, better alignment, deeper stretching, as well as create something new and expanded.
Combine all of this to soar to new heights in your relationship (quite literally!) as we practice acro yoga together (aka partner yoga)!
Finish the evening with a kombucha and sweets pairing!
Tickets will be sold per pair of persons.
How to find us: 1911 Central Ave, Charlotte, NC 28205 at the BIG YOGA LOVE BARN.
Park in the Pure Pizza's free parking lot on either side of the Barn.
WHAT TO BRING: comfortable clothes, water, yoga mat (or other), blanket for picnic style drink/food, and an open mind!
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in.
