What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?CCB is a therapeutic healing modality, designed to reduce the activity of the cerebral ("'this is me, this is my story"') part of the brain and gain more direct and unfiltered access to the middle and primal part of the brain where memories are stored and our need for safely and self protection originate. Join me on every second Saturday of the month commencing in January 2025 to participate in this beautiful and transformative practise.
I facilitate a small group of participants (maximum 5 per session) to ensure that each person get focussed attention during their process.
