This will be an afternoon of conscious connected breathwork, a powerful practice that helps release trapped emotions, even the ones you may not realize you’re holding on to. Through this deep emotional release, you’ll feel more connected to yourself than ever before.From this place of connection, we will move into the intuition practice, working with beautiful handmade runes. Each event has a new set of runes created especially for it, and the ones you are drawn to will be yours to take home. You’ll have the chance to explore what messages you feel they hold for you, followed by a supportive guided reading.
To close the afternoon, we’ll share light nibbles and refreshments, a time to relax, connect, and build new friendships within our growing community.

Chris has been a gifted rune reader for over 10 years, offering readings at many large fairs and events. Alongside running a busy farm life, he is returning to share his intuitive gifts, rune readings, and hypnosis work once again.
✨ About Kerrie
An experienced holistic therapist since 2016 and also works in a primary school. Kerrie is qualified in a wide variety of modalities. Her greatest passion is helping others release pain and trauma, reconnect with their inner magic, and deepen their connection with angelic energies and the natural world.
Together, we have walked through our own challenges, from heartbreak and divorce to depression, mental health struggles, and even homelessness. From these experiences, we are birthing Root to Rise, a safe, supportive community where people can come together, feel seen and heard, and share their journeys without fear of judgment.
