About This WorkshopBreath is our most powerful, untapped tool for self-regulation, emotional release, and inner transformation. Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a guided practice using a continuous, circular breathing pattern to bypass the thinking mind and access deeper layers of the body and subconscious. It's not about trying harder—it's about surrendering to the breath and allowing what’s ready to move to surface, be seen, and released.
This two-hour session is carefully curated to support you in regulating your nervous system, clearing emotional stagnation, and expanding your sense of clarity, creativity, and resilience. Held in the warm and grounded environment of One Big Heart, you’ll be guided by two experienced facilitators through a powerful journey of embodiment, breath, and reflection.
Get to Know Your Facilitators
Andrew Kosanic
A long-time student of OBH, Andrew discovered breathwork through the Wim Hof Method before experiencing the depth of emotional and spiritual release during a powerful shamanic session earlier this year. After training with the Flow Institute in Brisbane, he now facilitates group and 1:1 breathwork sessions focused on nervous system regulation, emotional release, mental clarity, and deep embodiment.
Andrew’s style is calm, focused, and purpose-led—creating a safe container for people to explore what lies beneath the surface and emerge more grounded and empowered.
Karl Palin
Founder and senior teacher at One Big Heart and AusActive’s 2023 National Yoga Studio of the Year award recipient, Karl has spent the past decade guiding people out of stress and into personal power. His experience spans yoga, breathwork, and meditation, with a strong focus on helping people integrate modern science with ancient wisdom.
Karl’s sessions are honest, grounded, and emotionally intelligent—built to help you shed limitations and reconnect with what truly matters.
Together, Karl and Andrew hold a transformative space that is both safe and expansive—supporting your breathwork journey with care, intention, and experience.
