Your guide Mike was introduced to this style of breathwork about 9 years ago. From the very first session I released so much traumatic energy. I've also discovered clues to my path through this life. Three years ago Mike followed his heart and learned to guide this breathwork so he could share it with others, just as he followed his heart when he moved to Melbourne in October 2025.
