As well as ways to navigate these interactions with neutrality and hold our own energy field. I will also share a rapid clearing method to gain clarity in situations and create lightness in those heavy moments.This tool allows us to clear perceptions and remove the emotional charge to be able to ask better questions to open up consciousness.
