W Hotels Australia has partnered with wellness movement Cool 2Be Conscious for a series of intimate workshops. From October, elevate your Sundays at W Melbourne with a bold new take on social wellness designed to build community one breath, one conversation and one experience at a time.

From 4:30PM to 6:30PM, reset with a sensory session of sound healing, breathwork, meditation, and cold therapy - all set by our heated indoor pool with sweeping city views. Guided by Cool 2Be Conscious’ founder, Ryan Hubbard and his team, the experience is designed to help you unwind and set your intentions for a new week ahead.

What to expect:

• A soul-soothing Herbal Tea on arrival
• Guided meditation, breathwork & sound bath to reset your nervous system
• An invigorating ice bath experience
• Full access to our WET Pool and steam room

Customise your experience by selecting your ideal location for the guided session. Choose the VIP treatment with our floating beds or opt for that grounded feeling with our poolside yoga mat. Select your option below:
