Hello hello! 🦋
This Thursday at 6.30 pm my friend Sarah from Sunsolyoga and I gonna guide you together through a donation based conscious by the ocean session. The session contain pranayama (breathing), a yoga asana flow and meditation, inspired by the Jivamukti yoga style 🙏🏼
With both of us teaching we make sure to assist you hands-on during the session, helping you to progress in your practice.
We look forward seeing you guys this Thursday by the ocean 🌊
