Join Derek Thomas, founder of Conscious Breath Workshops and a certified breathwork + meditation facilitator and Amy Thorson, founder of Nativ Healing, an intuitive energy and alchemy sound healer, for a transformative evening of breath and sound to help you easily access deep meditative states to regulate your personal energy.
This guided immersion and journey is an invitation to step away from your deeply ingrained patterned thoughts, emotions and mindset. A reprieve to not only step back, find sanctuary and realign, but to ultimately find a path foward towards creating lasting positive changes and shifts in all areas of your life.
There is a universal source energy supporting, surrounding, connecting and always guiding us unto alignment. Through the vehicle of breath, sound vibration, and a variety of guiding techniques, even first time participants can experience the ability to step away from the mind to reconnect with your bodies natural intelligence.

Derek Thomas, Conscius Breath Workshops
Derek Thomas is an internationally certified breathwork and meditation facilitator residing in Nicaragua. Derek is an Integrated Treatment Provider for the Arizona Relationship Institute, and founder of Conscious Breath Workshops and luxury Holistic Retreat company Soul Water Surf.
As a seasoned facilitator Derek has shared his uniquely guided immersions for mind, body and health with thousands of participants. His work with therapists and private group workshops & retreats have assisted countless individuals with accessing deep meditative states as well as their ability to self regulate their energy.
Amy Thorson, Nativ Healing
Amy Thorson is a heart-centered intuitive, reiki master teacher, and alchemy sound healer. Amy has always been a highly sensitive empath with a strong inner pull to help others. After burnout from a very successful yet stressful 20+ year marketing + branding career, Amy turned to Reiki and other divine healing modalities to help her find true alignment, empowerment, and freedom in all aspects of her life.
Amy is grateful to use her true calling to create sacred space for healing, and to empower others to find their own light within. Offerings include 1:1 and group intuitive healing sessions, as well as private group sound baths, tea ceremonies, reiki trainings, mentorships + retreats all around the world.
