About this Event
Come take part in this 4-part series on Monday’s starting January 9th-30th. We will be taking a journey through the 4 Elements, earth, water, fire, and air, and the esoteric symbolism that they carry. These elements can be used as tools and guides to help us understand different aspects of ourselves. This series will look at each element and how they correspond with our four lower chakra centers. Get to know these four master teachers: earth, water, fire, and air. Understanding these elements as fundamental parts of life and existence, we can live a life that is more balanced, leaning into the flow between these four elements. Gongs, drums, singing bowls, and other acoustic instruments will be used to immerse the meditation with healing vibrations. Sacred smoke and oils will be used to create a healing container to process and shed our illusions, and to help go deeper into the meditation.
Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring anything that would make you more comfortable.
Please allow enough time for parking and to get settled in before class. Doors will lock at the beginning of class, so as to not disrupt the meditation. No refunds or class credits are given to no shows and late arrivals. If you cannot attend, please reach out at least 24 hrs before the start of class.
