Conscious Breathing to Dissolve the Thinking Mind

Dissolve the Thinking Mind Workshop Description

In this two-hour workshop you will be guided to connect to your breath consciously. Charging up the body and allowing energy to disperse. This serves as a deep release of energy clearing blockages both physical and emotional.

Dissolve the thinking mind and allow your intuitive mind/body complex to begin to heal naturally and effortlessly.

Some describe this journey as psychedelic as you lower the veil between the conscious and unconscious mind in an act of deep surrender.

Mary will guide you safely through this journey. You will be conscious and in control the whole time.
